Payment Due Dates

Payment Due Dates 2016-2017 Academic Year:

  • Fall Term – September 7, 2016
  • Winter Term – January 9, 2017

All tuition, student fees, residence fees and meal plan fees are due on the first day of classes in September and January.

Fees for 16-month BEd students are due on the first day of classes in each of their terms in May, September and January.

Any additional fees charged throughout the academic terms are due immediately.

Important Information:

To determine your student account balance please log into Acadia Central.

Student Account statements are emailed to the student’s Acadia email address monthly except in December, April and the Intersession months when they are mailed to the student’s permanent address.

Registration may be cancelled due to non-payment of fees.

Students who have outstanding fees do not have access to the following services:

  • Registration
  • Transcripts
  • Grades
  • Formally graduate

Third Party Access

Student Accounts is often asked to disclose financial information surrounding a student's account by parents and others so they can make accurate tuition payments.  Our policy is to protect the confidentiality of all information pertaining to our students, their detailed financial records and account balances on their student account.  If a student wishes to grant permission for financial information to be released to a 3rd party (such as a parent) Student Accounts requires the student to complete a "Release of Information" form be completed.  The form can be found on the Registrar's website under the Student Information section.
